PHP AIM COULD connect to iwarg.

Steve

I know, Maybe Im posting a lot, but Im trying to post stuff that is or will be useful.

So I've been looking into the OSCAR protocol to find different ways to potentially connect. I found this:

https://asminog.github.io/WebIcqPro/

Its essentially a PHP bot (more like an example) that uses a *.class.php file (which contains all the OSCAR info) to connect to aim and accept commands from a user admin. it can be opened to the public and a whole bunch of stuff.

I've gotten it to connect to iWarg, but I cant control it. it seems when I send my commands through aim they come through with html attached and the bot cant read the !command properly. Over AIM it responds command not found. So, its connecting and communicating over AIM. Sending messages, receiving them..

Thats really besides the point of my post besides to say what it can do.

If any php devs out there wanted to create a web interface that could use the class (think, aim express?) I could provide the server space and maintenance to run it for users. As well as help with graphics.

Shoot me a message if you could do something with this. If not, hopefully someone can do something with this info.

btw. the oscar wiki has other oscar modules/interfaces... pearl, java, python, C*..etc...
