Yahoo Messenger Registration?

How can I register for a yahoo messenger account? As far as I understand, the server moved to this site, but there isn't any clear button for signing up for yahoo messenger. Because the button in the top right is for AOL Instant Messenger, ain't it? Or does it also apply for yahoo messenger? Or did the transition to this site not finish and I have to wait a lot longer?

I've been too distracted to complete the transition recently, I have to also lock the AIM database as well to do a full backup before I try and do the merger.
