phoenix up, aim down?

since yesterday evening, i have not been able to log onto aim (using 5.0). i get the "the service cannot be reached" error that usually happens when phoenix is offline. is anyone else having this issue? what can be done to fix it?

12:55am here and my AIM 6.1 client gets to starting and then just crashes. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon!

Is anyone still having issues connecting? I am using Windows 10 with the 5.1 program version. I logged in using my Phoenix username and password. Am I doing this correctly?
