AOL custom server in the future?

Hey. So I was just messing around with AOL 4.0 (not AIM) today, messing around with the lan and whatnot, when I discovered this window:

(Excuse the green.)

What this window could mean is that someday, the people who made Phoenix and the Yahoo! Messenger server (or somebody else) could potentially reverse engineer the AOL servers and make a brand new custom server for the program! Granted there probably wouldn't be a whole lot to do there, but it would still be kinda cool.

God I would be elated to have a functioning AOL 4.0 browser - bonus points for working keywords (or maybe customizable??)

Really just integrating a screenname with an e-mail address proper would be tricky. If you could just manage your e-mail and then have a Chrome instance skinned over top, it would be stellar.

Oh yeah I found the same window too I think iwarg.ddns.net should make this as a host with it and that's the same thing i found on the program on aol 4.0

I may be wrong in saying this - but I don't think that the oscar server that the Phoenix Project is running is the same thing as a full AOL service. There are screennames, and buddylists - but AOL also has things like favorites and the entire e-mail system as well. I don't believe it's as simple as swapping out the one for the other - but I could very well be wrong and maybe they originally used the same server with AIM only using certain parts of it.
