How can i remove the Yahoo! junk whenever i login

Each time i login on AIM, AIM decides to open it's IE container and it opens me a Yahoo page.

I technicly just want yahoo! to stop annoying me that they'll be back (it's just a generic 404 error page)

Go to the AIM Settings and turn of the AIM today on startup.

I think that's on AIM lite, I'm using 5.9

My AIM > Edit Options > Edit Preferences doesn't exist in 5.9?
