AOL wont load

When I try to load up AOL with any host, I get stuck on phase one for a really long time. Right now, it has been a while since phase two started. I hear it could be because of Windows 10 or because I used the zip. If anybody knows how I can fix this, please reply.

What do you mean by phase one?. Does the program hang after you run the installation? If so, download Wildman's process killer which you can find under downloads. Kill the process. You need to patch a few dlls for Win10x64

Maybe I'll do a video for that one too.
