AIM 6.0 Issues

I have installed AIM 6.0 and applied the patch, but when I try to log in, it gets stuck on Negotiating, goes to Starting, and then closes, how do I fix this?

EDIT: Nvm, switched to the Phoenix client.

AIM 6.0 has issues on Windows 10 at the moment. I recommend using AIM 5.0 at maximum; AIM versions 5.1 thru 5.9 cause deadlocks on Windows 10

I got aim 6 to work on windows 10. What you gotta do is Right click the aim6 shortcut go to compatibility and select run as Windows Vista (Service Pack 2) and check run as administrator.
