AIM Service Can't Be Reached

Hello all,
I am using Windows 10, I downloaded AIM 5.0 and 5.1. However, when I went to setup, I've used the servers phoenixim.ddns.net and iwarg.ddns.net with port 5190, and when I use my screen name and password, it constantly gives me the "AIM Service Can't Be Reached" error message. I already registered using User Control with a user name and password. Can someone please let me know what the issue is?

I'm having same issue I put the login that it says and it says it can't be reached
please help. im on widows 10 also im using aim 5.o and I tried earlier versions

its also not working with ICQ, i tried iwarg.ddns.net and phoenixim.ddns.net but they both keep reconnecting
