online buddies not showing

I tried to reach a beta tester but this person did not follow up..as stated BL online people arent showing up, restarted comp and AIM several times.. please advise

well beta tester isn't any different from regular user if they aren't connecting to the closed beta server, which nobody has in the month that it's been available.

Got it.. Is there a resolution to the Buddy List issue? whenever i log out and log in the buddies that were on arent there anymore and only one shows up
