AIM 5.9 visible on task manager but not on screen

I got the program, installed, set it up fine, it showed up. I closed it and later when I opened it again nothing would happen. Whenever I check task manager it's there but I simply can't open the program.

AIM 5.9 acts a bit strange on newer versions of Windows, what version of Windows are you using?

Hey, I found this so figured I would comment here instead of making a new thread, since it's similar to my issue. I first installed AIM on win10 a week ago and it worked just fine. Now, when I try to open it, the app runs in the background, so it does not show up on my screen. My only current fix is reinstalling the app everytime. Any ideas on a fix ?

Edit: Seems to be fixed. not sure of exact problem but I disabled a couple apps and seems to have fixed it.
