Accept cookies message never stops appearing

I can't stop the Windows Security Warning from appearing after I close out from it. It stops me from using the app because I can't click anything else. Please help, thx.

Oh, sorry. I have been up for a long time today... I didn't check the downloads area for a fix, which is something I should have done first. I am sure my problem will be fixed if I just help myself.
